Doug is a retired management consultant who specialised in leadership and employee engagement. He ran his own consultancy company for 15 years, working particularly with NGO and 3rd sector clients in the UK and internationally. Prior to this he was a director of a leading HR consultancy and held management positions in several multinational organisations.  He is passionate about social and economic justice and is an active member of Compass, as well as supporting other politically progressive movements.
