Read morePhilip Cole is a linguist who worked for the European Parliament in Luxembourg for 25 years. He was head of the English translation service (and, for about a year, acting head of Romanian translation). He has now taken Luxembourgish citizenship to regain his European identity. Apart from rejoining the EU his main concern is PR. He has been a member of the Electoral Reform Society for about 40 years and, for a time, was a member of its governing Council.
