A little over a month ago, I interviewed Christine Townsend and Lorraine Francis of the Bristol Greens serving on the Bristol City Council.
In this interview, we discussed how life in a city could be affected by the looming crisis and what the government can do to help.
I decided while editing that there was just too much material to leave on the cutting room floor. For that reason, I split the interview into two parts.
In the first part we published in September, the councillors focused on the cost of living crisis. Now in Part 2 they talk about staying warm this winter and while local councils can provide some help, the national needs to step in with funds.
